Staff Gratuities

Our villa rental staff work exceptionally hard to help make your dream vacation become a reality. You will undoubtedly find yourself captivated by their warmth and attention to detail in helping you have the vacation of a lifetime.

To help show your appreciation for their extra efforts, we require a minimum twelve percent (12%) or greater gratuity. Gratuities should be left with the villa manager who will distribute it amongst all of the staff; there are many staff members working behind the scenes that you never see so our distribution formula includes them as well.

Other Expenses

Our villa pricing does not include airport transfers which should be estimated at $200 for the roundtrip. These are nice, air conditioned chauffeured vans that can accommodate approximately 6-7 people including their luggage. The pricing of this, as with all expenses external to the villa, are subject to change without notice.

Rental cars cost from $200 US to $600 US per week, depending on company and vehicle. A valid driver's license from your home country and a major credit card are all that is required.

Chauffeured vans cost from $90 US per day for on-call service within our zone. This zone includes most restaurants, beaches, and the Playa Grande Golf Club. Costs for longer trips vary. The vans are newer, air-conditioned, and accommodate 6-7 passengers.

Professional massages are $40-$45 US per one hour session. Villa Castellamonte has its own massage tables and access to masseuses from a number of disciplines. Manicures and pedicures are also available. Try a pedicure while sipping champagne overlooking the sea!

Also, some of the worlds finest wines, liquors, Dominican and Cuban cigars and after dinner drinks are also available from within the villa at an additional cost. We have a menu of the available items we will present to you at the start of your vacation.
