Entire Villa Rental Rates
We have priced our villa to be very affordable while retaining the ultra-luxury elements savvy travelers have come to expect. For about the same price as a hotel room, our extensive and luxuriously decorated private villa, complete with staff and dedicated solely to your relaxation and enjoyment, can be yours for a few days or a few weeks!
We offer two rental rate structures for those who desire to rent the entire villa just for their group alone! We offer many vacation packages and those are priced on their respective pages.
| The villa rental rate is based on the number of bedrooms used and the season (time of year) you are renting. Discounts are applied for longer rentals. All pricing is based on 2ppl max per bedroom (16 maximum). Add'l persons $25/pp daily each to max 24ppl. Holidays have special rates not shown here. Call for a quote. Please Note: 4 night minimum in High Season, otherwise 3 night minimum

All rates are in U.S. Dollars (USD $). All prices are correct as of November 25th, 2012, but are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of the reservation. We accept wire transfers and major credit cards for rental payments.
The entire villa rents for the price listed above, even if you have fewer than all of the bedrooms you have full access to the rest of villa--and it is dedicated solely for your vacation enjoyment! You do not share the villa with other groups if you rent for your entire group.
Rental Process
To reserve the villa we require a fifty percent (50%) deposit of the villa rental fees and the execution of our villa rental agreement. We then send you an email to confirm the reservation thereby assuring you that the reservation has been properly recorded. Remaining funds are due 45 days prior to arrival.
Payments made via credit card do incur an additional four percent (4%) administrative handling fee which is added automatically.
During the reservation process you are asked for a credit card as a security deposit. The security deposit is only used if you damage the property while you are in residence, otherwise the card is not charged at all.
Our villa concierge will then contact you to help you with our meal plan so the items on the menu fit with your dietary needs and desires.
Cancellations
Once a rental confirmation has been issued you are still able to cancel the reservation but there will be fees associated with it. Cancellations within seventy (70) days of the start of your reserved dates, or cancellation of a holiday week, will result in no return of deposits paid. Cancellations prior to seventy (70) days of the start of your reserved dates will result in a return of eighty percent (80%) of the deposits paid.
Bed and Breakfast Room Rates
If you are in the area of Cabrera, Nagua or Rio San Juan and need a unique, secure and elegant place to stay for the evening then please consider Villa Castellamonte. Through special arrangements, we are able to offer our individual bedrooms on a bed and breakfast program. We do not offer this service if the entire villa has been rented (as above), or more than 20 days in advance, but when we are otherwise unoccupied we are happy to help provide you with the best in accommodations on the north coast.
Reservations (Daily Overnight Rate Only)
To reserve a single room or verify availability (mandatory) please contact us and specify which room you would like to reserve. We require the payment of the first night rental to secure the reservation. Book rooms-only here!
| These rental rates are per bedroom suite only and include a Dominican-style or American-stlye breakfast buffet in the morning. All pricing is based on 2ppl max per bedroom. Single Room rates are only available based on availability. Price shown does not include mandatory 12% gratuity and 16% ITBIS taxes.
