Remember, a reservation is not accepted until a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount has been paid in advance. All deposits are placed into an escrow account for your safety. Payment is accepted with checks drawn on U.S. banks, international money orders, Visa or Mastercard or PayPal.

Balance of full payment is due 30 days prior to the starting date of the rental period. Refunds of deposits are only possible in case of extreme circumstances as judged by the villa owners.

We require individual screening of rental applicants to ensure both parties are comfortable and understand the rules and regulations of the villa. We reserve the right to refuse rental to any group or individual.

	The villa rental rate is based on the number of bedrooms used and the season (time of year) you are renting. Discounts are applied for rentals of 7, 10 and 30 days.
