Luxurious Bedrooms
Each of the luxurious eight (8)
bedroom suites (7 King-Sized and 1 Queen-Sized) described below
contain exquisite pillow-top mattresses
with four pillows set amongst handcrafted
furnishings of mahogany, rattan,
bamboo, sea-grass and other quality
island materials. The suites are
all 'en-suite' meaning each has
its own private bathroom including
spa quality showers. Every bedroom
offers its own private view of
the ocean and access to an 18'
deep, covered terrace.
Firenze Suite
 Occupying the entire second floor
of the villa, the Firenze
Suite is what villa rental
dreams are made of. The floors
of the massive bedchamber are solid
gold and black marble from the
Dominican Republic. Gracing a huge
corner of the room is a romantic,
hand-carved, solid stone coralina
fireplace with remote controlled
gas-fired logs.
The Firenze Suite faces due east
to so you can greet the morning
sun as it peeks between your toes.
As the sun rises, you might find
yourself drawn to the generous
doublewide padded chaise lounges
nestled under the 18' deep terrace
to sip your morning coffee. The
terrace offers a stunning view
of the ocean for you to contemplate
as you plan your day.
From the terrace you can withdraw
back into the suite to visit the
luxurious spa-quality bathroom.
Recline in the soothing bubbles
of the Jacuzzi-like tub or take
a shower while watching the ocean
waves lick at the sea cliff. The
bathroom is large with both tub
and shower easily accommodating
two (if you feel the need to save
water!).
Fiesole Suite
The Firenze Suite has adjoining it a bonus Queen Size bedroom, called the Fiesole Suite. This is a full ensuite, air conditioned, bedroom suite we use as a "bonus" room. Technically a full eighth bedroom, our guests use it as the extra space we all need on vacation!
Siena Suite
When you open the door to the Siena
Suite you are greeted by
the romance and seclusion that
makes this suite a favorite for
honeymoon vacations. Inset into
the Mexican Saltillo floor throughout
the Siena Suite, are beautiful
hand-painted tiles reminiscent
of sunflowers overlooking the
ocean. The furnishings throughout
the room enhance these romantic
undertones with luxurious appointments
found in the finest homes of
the world.
The three-room suite includes
a huge walk-through dressing room
made of 100% hand cut and polished
Honduran mahogany. Included in
the bedroom is a private Sony WEGA
satellite T.V. with Sony Surround
Sound Dream System. Just outside
is the deep, private terrace for
dreaming the day away, having a
romantic dinner for two under the
attached rotunda or enjoying a
relaxing massage.
The Siena Suite is also fully
equipped for handicap access with
generous oversized doorways and
a graceful (<15 deg.) wheelchair
ramp down to the pool.
Lucca Suite
The Lucca
Suite is also a complete
master suite located overlooking
the pool area with a sweeping
180-degree view of the beautifully
landscaped gardens and the ocean
beyond. Attached to the suite
is a semi-private terrace, 18’ feet
deep, which adjoins the king-size
room next to it. A family unit
designed to keep children close
but at a peaceful distance, this
master suite offers all the amenities
of home and then some.
Pisa Suite
The Pisa
Suite is a very private suite
located at the extreme end of
the villa just next to the Lucca
Suite and shares the same 25'
wide x 18' deep terrace. For
families this perfect situation
allows the parents to enjoy one
suite with the children in the
other and both have their own
private bath. The Pisa Suite
is furnished in a rustic style
with tables, chairs and dressers
handmade in the Dominican Republic
using the finest grade mahogany.
Viareggio Suite
Viareggio, a Tuscan town forming
the center of the Italian Riviera,
is one of the most beautiful towns
in Tuscany. The Viareggio
Suite draws its name from this
town as a reflection of the beauty
and fun it evokes. Throughout the
floors of the Viareggio Suite are
hand-painted Mexican tiles reminding
us of the warmth and joy given
by the sun. The southern wall of
the suite, just above the headboard,
is graced with a spectacular romantic
hand-painted mural depicting a
full moon rising over the ocean
at the villa.
La Spezia Suite
Close to the Viareggio Suite,
and just off the Game Room, is
suite named for La Spezia, another
of the Italian Riviera towns of
Tuscany. The La
Spezia Suite offers more of
the spectacular views, furnishings
and features found throughout the
villa. Included in this is a precious
Travertine marble mural set within
a wall of the bathroom. This room
as with all of the bedrooms and
suites has all of the comforts
you might dream for a wonderful
and enjoyable vacation. For example,
both the Viareggio and La Spezia
suites share a private terrace
overlooking the ocean with a romantic
garden setting just at the foot
of the stairs.
Garden 'Dolce Vita' Suite
Situated in on the south facing
side of the villa, and still connected
to the villa, is the extremely
private and fully contained 'Dolce
Vita' apartment. This suite
is unique in that is has its own
living room, dining area, and even
its very own kitchen in addition
to the en suite bed/bath. A private
terrace overlooks the golf greens
and boasts a completely private
view of the unspoiled tropical
gardens surrounding the villa.
